Ben took care of all the plans for our trip to Iceland and every single thing was perfect! We asked for a deluxe room but Ben surprised us with an upgrade to a suite, and there was even a bottle of champagne in the room when we arrived. I've always booked my own holidays but had been so busy that I reached out to Travel Without Limits to search for a city break for me. I wasn't expecting to get such a comprehensive response back, especially as quickly as I did and was blown away by how closely the hotels matched up to my quite specific preferences. I was guided through all my flight options, including baggage and hotel lounge. To be honest, I think TWL were more excited about my holiday than I was. The enthusiasm was infectious, and I soon started to look forward to going away. To say everything was taken care of was an understatement and before I knew it there was a full itinerary by email and in the post. Everything was taken care of from car parking to the transfer at the airport. The only thing left for me to do was pack! Pricing was competitive and the service is outstanding. I was able to relax knowing I was in very safe hands. I would not hesitate to use TWL again, and cannot recommend them highly enough.
