Absolutely delighted with the personal service from this company. I needed a fault on our family combi boiler fixing just when the weather had started to turn cold. When I rung they offered advice and when it became evident they would have to attend my property they gave me options of date and time and arrived promptly. Whilst fixing the problem was polite and offered advice and kept me upto date with how it was fixed. Can not recommend enough

Found Lee via the Gas Safe register. He visited in an emergency to diagnose a fault on a gas fire which had supposedly been serviced recently by someone else two weeks earlier. My 87 year old mum can’t do without a fire and Lee came out of hours to help. We were very impressed by his honesty, thoroughness and the quality of work. In the end, a new part needed ordering and he came on a different day to fit it. My mum would definitely use Lee again for any gas or plumbing jobs and we’d highly recommend him.
